The most expensive private jet to charter in our catalogue is the Boeing BBJ 2 at $20,000 an hour, followed by the Airbus ACJ320neo and the Airbus ACJ319. Buying is a different scale entirely: a new ultra-long-range aircraft lists around $75 million, and the most expensive business jet ever built is a converted airliner costing several hundred million with the interior fitted.
At the other end, the cheapest hour on this list belongs to the Eclipse 500 — the gap between the two is roughly tenfold, which is why picking the right cabin matters more than picking the badge.
