2lun.com operates as a charter broker and technology platform, providing access to a global network of private aircraft operators. 2lun.com is not a direct air carrier and does not own, operate, or maintain any aircraft. All flights advertised and booked through our platform are conducted by independent, third-party air carriers who are fully licensed and certified.
Our role is to connect customers with qualified aircraft operators, facilitate booking arrangements, coordinate flight logistics, and provide customer support throughout the travel experience. We act as an intermediary between passengers and certified air carriers.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that 2lun.com's function is limited to arranging private charter flights and that all actual flight operations are performed by licensed third-party operators who assume responsibility for the safe conduct of flights.
Aircraft Operator Certification
All flights conducted by fully licensed carriers
All aircraft operators in our network hold the appropriate certifications and licenses required to conduct commercial air charter operations under applicable aviation regulations.
United States Operations
For flights within or departing from the United States, operators hold valid certifications issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), including:
- Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate: For on-demand charter operations
- Part 121 Certificate: For scheduled air carrier operations (where applicable)
- Valid Operating Specifications detailing authorized routes, aircraft types, and operational limitations
- Current registration with the U.S. Department of Transportation
International Operations
For international flights and operations outside the United States, operators maintain certifications from the relevant aviation authorities in their jurisdictions:
- EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency): Air Operator Certificates (AOC) for European operators
- Transport Canada: Canadian Air Operator Certificates
- Other National Authorities: Equivalent certifications as required by local aviation law
- Compliance with ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) standards
Ongoing Compliance Verification
2lun.com regularly verifies that all operators in our network maintain current, valid certifications and remain in good standing with aviation authorities. Operators must provide documentation demonstrating continued compliance with all applicable regulations, insurance requirements, and safety standards.
Regulatory Compliance
Charter broker regulations and legal framework
2lun.com operates in full compliance with applicable charter broker regulations and aviation laws in the jurisdictions where we conduct business.
U.S. Department of Transportation Compliance
As a charter broker operating in connection with U.S.-based flights, 2lun.com complies with relevant regulations established by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), including:
- 14 CFR Part 295 (Air Charter Brokers): Regulations governing charter brokers arranging passenger air transportation
- 14 CFR Part 298 (Exemptions): Operating under applicable exemptions for charter broker activities
- Consumer protection requirements and disclosure obligations
- Record-keeping and reporting requirements as mandated by aviation authorities
Disclosure Requirements
In accordance with charter broker regulations, 2lun.com clearly discloses to all customers that we are acting as a broker and intermediary, not as a direct air carrier. This disclosure is provided at the time of booking and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Customers are informed that the actual air transportation will be provided by licensed third-party operators.
International Regulatory Compliance
For international operations, 2lun.com adheres to the aviation regulations and charter broker requirements of the relevant jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local laws governing air charter brokerage services.
Liability and Insurance Coverage
Understanding insurance and liability limitations
Important Insurance Notice
2lun.com does not carry liability insurance for aircraft operations. All passengers are covered exclusively by the insurance policies maintained by the aircraft operator conducting the flight.
Operator Insurance Requirements
All aircraft operators in our network are required to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, including:
- Passenger Liability Insurance: Coverage for bodily injury or death to passengers during flight operations
- Third-Party Liability: Protection for property damage and injuries to third parties
- Hull Insurance: Coverage for damage to or loss of the aircraft
- Additional Coverage: War risk, terrorism, and other specialized insurance as required
Insurance coverage levels must meet or exceed minimum requirements established by aviation authorities and industry standards. Operators must provide Certificates of Insurance demonstrating current, valid coverage with financially stable insurance carriers.
Limitation of 2lun.com Liability
As a charter broker, 2lun.com's liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for aircraft operations, flight delays, cancellations, mechanical issues, or safety incidents
- We do not assume liability for personal injury, death, or property damage occurring during flights
- Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid directly to 2lun.com for brokerage services (excluding amounts paid to operators)
- Claims arising from flight operations must be directed to the aircraft operator

Passenger Insurance Options
While passengers are covered by operator insurance, we recommend considering additional personal travel insurance, trip cancellation insurance, or supplemental coverage based on your individual needs and risk tolerance. 2lun.com can provide information about insurance options but does not sell or underwrite insurance products.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Operator autonomy and operational control
All aircraft operators in the 2lun.com network are independent contractors operating their own businesses. They are not employees, agents, subsidiaries, or affiliates of 2lun.com.
Operational Independence
Operators maintain complete operational control over their aircraft and flight operations, including:
- Aircraft ownership, maintenance, and airworthiness determinations
- Pilot hiring, training, scheduling, and crew assignments
- Flight planning, routing, fuel requirements, and weather assessments
- Go/no-go decisions based on safety considerations
- Compliance with all aviation regulations and operating procedures
- Pricing for charter services and acceptance of bookings
No Control Over Operations
2lun.com does not exercise control over, direct, or interfere with the aircraft operator's operational decisions, safety determinations, or flight conduct. We do not instruct operators on how to operate their aircraft, maintain their fleet, or manage their crews. All operational decisions remain with the certified operator in accordance with their operating certificate and aviation regulations.
No Vicarious Liability
Because operators are independent contractors and not agents or employees of 2lun.com, we do not assume vicarious liability for their acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct. Passengers' legal remedies for issues arising from flight operations are with the operator, not with 2lun.com.
Service Availability and Performance
No guarantees or warranties
Aircraft and Operator Availability
While 2lun.com maintains relationships with a network of aircraft operators, we do not guarantee the availability of any specific aircraft, operator, route, or departure time. Aircraft availability is subject to operator discretion, maintenance schedules, crew availability, weather conditions, and other operational factors beyond our control.
Pricing Variability
Charter flight pricing is determined by aircraft operators based on numerous variables including fuel costs, positioning requirements, crew expenses, airport fees, taxes, and market conditions. Quoted prices are estimates and may change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may differ from initial quotes or advertised rates.
No Performance Guarantees
2lun.com does not guarantee:
- On-time departure or arrival of flights
- Specific aircraft make, model, or configuration (unless explicitly confirmed in writing)
- Particular crew members or service levels
- Uninterrupted platform access or booking system availability
- Freedom from delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Compatibility with connecting flights or time-sensitive travel plans
Force Majeure Events
Neither 2lun.com nor our operators are liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, air traffic control issues, or other force majeure events.
